Sekarang nie, asyik makan je kerja. Tension makan, boring pun makan, stress makan, etc

Tak de la tahap muk muk ( singkat gemuk )

tapi bila terasa mcm seluar dh ketat kat peha means getting bigger la tu.

hermmm sekarang nie mmg nak kurang makan nasi.

Makan nasi bile tengah hari je, itu pun kalau tahan godaan lah.

Apa-ape pun, senaman paling mujarab bagi nak kurus, kena rajin solat lah ye.
